Terms of Service

Welcome to Cheap Assist! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our virtual assistant services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Provided

  • 1.1 Cheap Assist (“Company”) provides virtual assistant services to clients (“Client”) as outlined in these Terms.
  • 1.2 Services may involve handling sensitive and confidential information belonging to the Client.
  • 1.3 The Company will maintain the confidentiality of all Client information and will not disclose, share, or discuss it with third parties, except as required by law or with the Client’s explicit consent.
  • 1.4 In the event of suspected fraudulent or malicious activity regarding the Client’s financial matters, the Company reserves the right to share relevant information with appropriate authorities or legal representatives.

2. Work Schedule

  • 2.1 The work schedule for virtual assistant services will depend on the type of service package the Client selects:
    • Part-Time: 4 hours per day, 5 days a week.
    • Full-Time: 9 hours per day, 5 days a week.
    • Per Ticket: The virtual assistant will be available for drops, provided the Client gives at least 16 hours' notice.
  • 2.2 Break times during the workday will be mutually agreed upon to ensure a reasonable workflow.

3. Cancellation and Notice

  • 3.1 The Client must provide at least one week’s notice to cancel or pause their subscription.
  • 3.2 Failure to provide the required notice will result in billing for the subsequent month of services.

4. Data Security and Confidentiality

  • 4.1 The Client agrees to implement appropriate measures to ensure the security of their information and communication channels used in conjunction with our Services.

5. Payment and Billing

  • 5.1 By using our Services, the Client agrees to pay for one month of services as outlined in the pricing agreement.
  • 5.2 If the Client does not cancel or pause their subscription, they will continue to receive and be billed for services monthly.

6. Refund Policy

  • 6.1 Refunds will be issued if the virtual assistant engages in illegal activities or if the service was not as expected, provided the issue is reported within the first week of service.

7. Miscellaneous

  • 7.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede any prior agreements.
  • 7.2 Any modifications to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
  • 7.3 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Company is registered.

8. Liability and Indemnification

  • 8.1 The Company is not liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client’s use of the Services, including errors or omissions.
  • 8.2 The Client agrees to indemnify the Company and its affiliates against any claims or liabilities arising from the Client’s use of the Services.

9. Termination

  • 9.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately if the Client engages in unethical, illegal, or harmful activities that may affect the Company’s reputation.

10. Force Majeure

  • 10.1 Neither Party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond their control, including acts of God, war, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • 11.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Company is registered.
  • 11.2 Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

12. Severability

  • 12.1 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
